Cadent Sourcing has partnered with one of Ireland’s fastest growing and innovative Start-up. The company is a global leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions, is well-funded and offers a highly competitive package.

We are seeking a Data Curator to join their team and work closely with the Data Science and Biology teams to research therapeutic areas and prepare standardized training data for our computational models.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Biology, Bioinformatics or similar.
• 1-2+ years of experience reading and validating scientific papers across a range of therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Comfortable with computational data management, knowledge of Python and relational databases is a plus.
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, adaptability, and motivation for process- and self-improvement.
• Ability to communicate with experimental biologists, computer scientists and non-scientists.

The Role:

• Read a wide range of peer-reviewed biological papers across many therapeutic areas and extract and organise applicable information into reports and data sets.
• Process data efficiently and accurately, both manually and automatically.
• Review submissions to our proprietary curation database for quality and relevancy; abstract information in the required formats.
• Identify and acquire new data for inclusion in our database and help determine ways of using the information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
